30 day return and refund policy

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, simply return the products to us within 30 days of purchase, at your own expense, and we’ll issue a full refund. This guarantee is in addition to any legal rights you may have.

In the unlikely event that your products arrive damaged, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot reimburse lost returns. If your order was damaged during transit, please email us at ni**@ni*******.au with photos, and we’ll provide a return shipping label and promptly replace the products for you.
